    That's smooth but there are too many resizing issues. The punches are too smooth, it makes them slow and weak as fuck baby. Try to improve the effects, they look weird.

    resizing can be fixed by simply practicing a shit ton, so dont worry too much about it. try moving the arms around more, which can be practiced by animating limbs one by one (first body, then legs, then arms)
